Returns & Refunds
I do not accept returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me so that we can figure out what went wrong and fix it! I am more than willing to work with you to come to a satisfying solution. Please keep in mind the quality of handmade goods may not be pristinely perfect like machine made goods. Molds will occasionally have small scratches or fibers, these minor imperfections will always be a part of handmade items- that's what makes handmade so special!

Although I do not accept returns or refunds, if there is a mistake with your order on my part, I will always correct this. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason!

Custom Mold Inquiries
I am always looking for new design ideas, but I am not currently taking orders for custom designed molds.

For custom orders, I do accept partial payments, but the full payment must be made before I make your mold. Please be clear that you will need to make several payments when placing your order with me. Thanks!
